Mass Studies, Oude Ijsselstreek

 

ANL has been approached by a city developer Rue Du Nord to make several mass studies of an area nearby the city down town Terborg. They wanted to know how many units could be designed on site and the expected revenues would be. Variy spatial analyses have been made ahead. Based on those analyses, a couple of mass studies had been designed.
